The ManOps just spent a whole bunch of time in the recording studio on campus during short term. We’ve worked on seven songs so far and will record additional ones in the fall. Enjoying summer break, the ManOps will have some downtime to relax but will get right back into singing in September. The Portland Sea Dogs (the Red Sox AA affiliate) have invited the ManOps to sing the National Anthem on Labor Day, September 1st at 1pm. Get your tickets now and enjoy your summer!
As part of their spring tour the ManOps will be singing at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston around noon this tuesday! Come check us out and say hi!
The ManOps will wave farewell and goodbye to their beloved seniors Ethan, Dan, and Chad on Saturday evening. Well not so much goodbye as ‘thank you’ as they won’t be graduating until the end of May. Come join us in the Benjamin Mays Center at Bates College on Saturday night at 8 pm where the ManOps will sing their whole set and introduce a new song as well. After this show we will be gearing up for our tour around New England and of course begin to study for finals!
The ManOps will be hitting the road for our annual tour this April, and we want to sing for you! If you’re interested in booking the ManOps for your high school, college, business function, or any other performance opportunity, please get in touch with us by emailing ewarren@bates.edu! We’ll be on the road April 12-19, traveling all over New England. We can offer a set of any length, as well as workshops for middle or high school choruses and Q&A sessions, so book early and often!
Thanks to those who saw us perform at Sugarloaf this past Sunday! We sang all over the base area: The SuperQuad, Gepettos, The King Pine Room, Perfect Turn, and at Child Care.
We are now focusing on getting some recording done and planning our senior concert as well as a spring tour in the Boston area. Stay tuned to find out where we will be singing.
